Went back to NP again... Ben , Ray and BB Clement are not here.. But the Shuai Ge, Kenneth is here... I am degraded to white belt today .... I sparred with a blue belt today... It was sian.. She doesn't want to spar with me... 6 coloured -belt girls there ,all 5 out cast me... AARRRGGGGG ... That blue belt girl keep on kicking my back... She kicked my shin .... Serve her right her toes got blue-black.... As for kicking I paired up with another BB , Jimmy not too bad... After lesson I sparred with Kenneth..... He gave me one kick on my face and I accidentally kicked under belt.... I was so pai seh.. After that we continue to spar before he gave me one last kick on my face....  Hope my face is alright tomorrow.... Went home with Jimmy and Kenneth.... Had a short talk with Jimmy , know him for a few years le but never really talk to each other....  Had fun at training today... The other 5 coloured - belt girls not going to spoil my day......

I finish bathing le... not like thursday so dirty....  I enjoyed today's training... So Shuang... got 2 blister ,one on each foot... The Shuai ge not here today so never get to spar.... I really want to spar... I need to improve.... hia.... I am lousy.... Today is the first time I went into a Macdonald that is closed... The people inside are doing closing and they ar like having mini Mac party like this... Ben and a BB bought me in... I am going to limp to work because my sole hurts and i can not walk properly.... BUT I enjoyed the training..... Thursday Thursday kuai dian lai....

I got home so early today........ Never go la teh after training....  Ray and a few guys not here.... I sort of enjoyed the training today... Although the first part was not very nice... The person who hold the target for me is very poor... Don't know how to hold.... So XXXXX but the sparring session was nice.... I sparred with a girl who I thought is very good... But she is not as good as I though she was.. I think my sister is much much better than her... Too bad my sister stopped le... After lesson I sparred with Ben... I steped on his toes.... His poor toes... And I gave him two hard kick at his abdomen and chest... So shuang... Hehe.. He is not badly injured lah...  Went straight home after training.... abit sian... Miss the guys...  Looking forward to Monday....

Look at the time now........ I just got home.... Haven bath yet... I am very smelling...... Yucks.... Went back to NP for training... At first I super disappointed because all the people that I am a little closer to not here.... I never see the Shuai Ge, Ray, one black belt friend... Super sian... Regretted going back to school... Luckily went we are about to do kicking, I saw the Shuai Ge and of course I paired up with him... Shortly the' la teh ' kaki ( Ben) came.... And the training turn out to be fun the Shuai ge, Ben and me helped each other to do side split... Not bad although my thigh hurts....... I got to know someone new there... Kenny for CE yr 2 haha.... Used to live near my block.... Well... After training ,I am counting my own death, went to spar with the Shuai Ge... It was fun.... haha... I crazy.. Got kicked but still happy... Waited for Ray after training... Waited for around 30 - 60 mins.. While waiting met a friend from TKD... So we all go 'dinner' together at 10:30pm... We walked home after 'dinner' haha... First time walking home from Bukit Timah.... Not too bad... Got 4 guys 'protect' me... Although sometimes they leave me behind but there are also times I walked in the center... hehe... Can walk home more often....... AARRRGGG I am so tired now.... Have been sleeping late since Sunday night.... Got to wake up at 6 am tomorrow.... So Tired... I shall be dirty today... Bath tomorrow morning....  I know I am very very dirty........ hehe... But I am too tired....

I just got home.....Just finish bathing..... So tired... Went to work early today reached around 8 am.... My supervisor not here.. Don't know what's wrong with her... Hope she is alright.... Went back to NP today for training.... I was so bored at first because I only know two bb there... they are not around me... Luckliy Ray came shortly with another 'la teh' kaki.... The training was quite fun... I am so lousy... Hia..... Got to know a Shuai Ge today.... He is a bb super fast, flexible, quite tall and good looking... but too bad... I am ugly and too old le... Haha... went to KAp for 'dinner' at 10 pm.... Hia the guys never treat me like a girl... so sad... the Shuai Ge also joined in suaning me abit.... hia..... Actually I sort of enjoyed today's training.... I must go more often... I really need to improve.... Friends... pls help to motivate me in one way or another...... Thx.... How to motivate me?? I don't know... pls crack ur brains for me.... ;)

Wow ... This week passes so fast... It is Saturday night already......   Wednesday First time wear Contact lenses after a year... A little not used to it... Tears keep on falling.... Things are a little slow in the lab so went back to the office quite often... The lab people celebrated a person's birthday and called me over to have tea break with them... They brought Tim Sum and I am the only student to have them... So honour.... Sat beside Huai San and tears start falling because of my contact lens ( ma chiam he is bullying me like that....) Went home by train then went to West mall to shop around. Saw 3 friend ..... 1. Aloysius from my secondary school.... 2. Wai Yi from Ngee Ann poly and lastly a kaki that I 'la teh' with... so qiao to see them...   Thursday It is pouring like mad in the morning.... Huai San did not bring umbrella so I lent him my and I share umbrella with Charmian... My shoes and socks are wet... So I ended up removing my socks and shoes laces , wore two hair net as my socks.. So the whole day my feet movement can not be too big if not the shoes will fall off.... Nothing much to do in the lab... In the evening , Cheryl and Charmain can not leave early so I left the place with Huai san at 17 45 after waiting for that guy for like 15 mins.... That 15 mins made me so tired, stare at the computer blankly....Looking at Huai do his things.... Took train home with him again... Saw the Chemist at the bus-stop, on the train and the Chemist alight at the same station as me... But I never talk to him... Made Huai San moved to another Cabin so that I will not have to talk to him... I am a little too bad hor???...   Friday I was late for work today... it was raining , the bus was so slow... hia.... do the usually things in Chemical lab.... a embrass incident ..... i wa drinking water and laughing at the same time , I got choked and one of my contact lens actually fell out.. That Huai San actually go on his fours to look for that contact len so pa sei to trouble him... in the end found that contact len and wear it back..   Went to meet li jiao and Sj after work at Somerset Mrt.. Went to the food stalls along the road side.... So many people there... got to wait for eveything from looking for seats to buying food... We got our seat so LJ and Sj went to buy some food first... they bought sugar cane can carot cake... I went to buy Satay, and the lady in front of me suggested that I buy Roti Prata for her whereas she buy Satay for me... I accepted her offerbecause I was also thining abt that ... but the people Q-ing  behinde though I jumped Q.... I am not loh.... After dinner we walked to borders to read some books and I started complaining why never see any of my friends in orchard... Then so qiao to meet a jounior at Taka Giordano.. Actually I only talked to him once in Sec sch... his friend was my prefect jounior. but he recognised me and I bought a top at 30 % discount... so good.... after that I saw a little boy crying , went to talkde to him but he seems not to understand what I am speaking luckliy his mother got back shortly... poor boy must be very frightened...   Saturday Had a wonderful day today... Went to Gym with LJ at aroung 11 am stayed there for 2 hours.. went home bath, had a little caht with Marlin online then went to Toa Payoh to shop and have lunch with my cousin, her mother and my mother... it was quite fun.... Reached home at 7:45pm wne tdown for training... and I was very late the class starts at 7:30pm... I like the way I spend my day ... never nua at home..... not too sian.... Never go la teh today but got people buy me drinks.... so nice... feeling like going back to Ngee Ann to train on Monday... I am too lousy le....I am so tired now... BTW

Good News I sort of got praised by SC today.... SO Happy..... Hehe... first time got prised... And also nowadays she is more willing to let me try things out on my own.... But 1 hour after she priased me... She questioned about the fat extraction results I done yesterday... Luckliy after I repeated the test I got back the same results.... Hope I will keep it up and do better...... Went to get my contact lenses just now... hope to wear it tomorrow... so I must sleep early today if not cannot put the CL in tml..... AARRRGGGHHHH I am so Happy.....

Sunday Went out with Candy... We did not really go shopping instead we were just chatting and walking. Went to Suntec had a drink spend like 2-3 hrs there.... Then we WALKED to the river behind Esplanade saw people taking graduation photo... all the university people... hia... Will I ever have a chance??? Don't think so.... Sat there admire the sea and continue to chat till 5 plus before we WALKED to the bus-stop.. Went to Cineleisure and had dinner there... After dinner we WALKED to wisma make a U-turn and WALKED back to cineleisure and headed home.... Enjoying chatting and teasing each other.... Today Done fat extraction from samples on my own... so happy nothing goes wrong.... Getting my confident to do my wrok there.....

Friday SC not here... helping Shirley the whole day and also helped Huai San a little... Notthing goes wrong. Had Pizza for lunch.... That Jannah say want to wat pizza also when I call her during tea break, then sms at luch time telling me that she not having Pizza... AARRGGGHhhh.. luckliy got two guys and we managed to finish 2 large Candian Pizza by 5 people... Went to MeiJi to look for the birthday bear but cannot find what I want :( After work Went to meet SuFong and Yi Ling at JP . Shopped around a litte saw s lot of people with familiar faces but don't remember who are they... Chatted quite alot headed home at 10 plus... Bought a small puzzle cube... told the girls that if anyone could slove it within a few mintue I will idolised him or her.... Saturday Went to have my eye sight checked... I am going blind... R- 325, L- 175 . What happen to my right eyes.... I was watching the Ch U show , I hate the femal judge. Stupid leh, shw was commenting on one of the contestant and mentioned sth like " I think teh contenstant got some kind of physical disorder. Her lower jaw is longer then her upper jaw and that make her unable to pronouns some words correctly." What the ... You think people can choose their look meh???

Just got home not long ago... Have training today but I never go because I am sick... Went to pay my fees then go 'la teh' with Ray and two other guys. i went to pay my fees then chat with a few people there, my sir like 'buey song' like this keep staring... I think I have disturbed the class, then someone told me he will not mind then why did he keep looking at my direction... At Work... Went to help SC this few days , Poor Shirley got to do everything herself. I am quite slack today, got a extra long tea break....Hia.. got to refrain myself from going back to the office too often...

I did not go to work again today... For the past two night I am like a hourly alarm clock. Wake up every two hours, back to sleep again, the after two hours I woke up again. Did not sleep well, feel so giddy. Went to see the doctor. This is my 2nd time seeing the doctor ever since my attachment. I am weak man... Must be stronger, what happen to my immune system...... Macrophages, Neutrophils,B cells and T cells please be tougher and stronger... I think once I get well, got to take more fruits and vegetables to boost my immune system...

I caught a cold again.... AAggghhhh... Luckliy this time not too bad... Spend the afternoon clearing up my stuff, went for training in the evening... Seems to be a little closer to the young girls and boys there after going down a few times. Although Ray not here , I still when 'la teh' with soem people. I don't like the way my sir speak, things like Stop talking Cock, Shut your bloody mouth although he is not scolding or what but I just don't like it. Hew is not like this in the past. Now like trying to act don't know what... Simply don't like....

4-5 days never blog le... I will recall day by day. Monday Kai Ni was not here, when to chemistry lab as usual. Did something special from the time after tea break and lunch. Went to throw, count and arrange instant noodles.... Was so boring... Meet all the big shot people on that day, I am very rude did not say hi or greet them when I see them. When to watch WINDSTRUCK with Shannon and SJ. The show is very nice... The first part very funny and the second part very touching. Can hear people sniffing during the show and see people wiping their tears ater the show in the cinema. Tuesday Do the same things in Chemistry lab nothing special. There is a major black out in singapore. I am not affected blocks behind, in front the ion the right of my block are all affected... Lucky me!!! Doing my report half way,if my block black out thats it ... My report will be gone. Wednesday Have the rearrange the noodles I had arranged on Monday... AArrrgggg I hate instant noodles!!!.... When to a talk , which was supose to be for all the staff there. I was not listening to the talk , I was dosing off.... The company provied lunch on that day, but the students were very pathetic, no tables and we had to hide behind the curtains like maids like this... Thursday Met Yi Ling on my way to school, so happy... so long never see here... The Scientific support people bought 'Tim Sum ' for tea break. It was a mini tea party for Kai Ni who is leaving. I wa invited there too... Ordered KFC for lunch... 8 students so ordered 4 BUDDY MEALS... Wa.. the people there are good at gossiping. Huai San was joking that Cheryl is his girlfriend during lunch which is around 12 plus. Cheryl's Supervisor came to talk to chelry and mention that she did not know that Cheryl and Huai San are together during Tea break. These people .... Hia..... Friday Nearly late today, had to cun to catch the company bus. Today quite a slack day. Went to MeiJi to buy things... Today is Kai Ni's last day so took some pictures together with the lab people. Today so lucky, I bought a box of Hello Panda biscuits and the birthday bear inside is my mother's birthday. Ya thats it....
