Just got back from training.

Candy, Ming Yan, Sumarlin, Godwin and Charlene came to my hse today to make chocolate. I was okie... Passed Candy her brithday present. The dress really nice.... Hope that she will wear tml.

Had to teach a new auntie the commards , stance and kicks. , 'chang jiao ' sir came to see our training. Sparred with Kenny today, 'Chang jiao' sir told me that , Kenny held back his kicks or else I would have been KO a lot of times.... Sad Man.... Kenny guided me abit ... Hope i will remember and improve each time I go training.... Went dinner with Ben, Kenny, Adin and my brother...
