Never blog for a few days already.
Being more independent at work, but I think i am still abit blur... Don't know how they arrange things, and suddenly I am involved... Hia sian....
Went to change and met Jocelyn in the changing room. Went for a jog around the track after Jocelyn's invitation. She join the tkd class for warm up after jogging a round, I jog for another 5.5 round (Difference between Senior and Junior). Today's Junior Wong Sir's training was a bit tough, 25 Short turning each leg, 25 Long turning each leg, 25 long high each leg, 400m jogging, 25 short high each leg, 25 Slamming each leg and 25 sit ups. [ Mr Wong: if u ever come arcoss this, my question for u is: U like number 25 issit?? WHy not 5 or 10??] .
After all this was shadow sparring , I though Yu Wei going to Sabo me but luckly he did not. My training have not end yet. Did more kicks when Wei Shi was talking to the NP ppl. Did 100 kicks ( 10 short turning, 10 Long turning, 20 on the spot turning ( Slow double), 20 double, 10 Slide in turning) wa... Shiok man... Tried to do back thrust, Oh My God, it was perfect on sunday, but now... All my effort went down the drain, meet to train. After that i think is was another 3 slow jog round the track ( led my Benedict). Chatted with Wei Juan, shared some thoughts with her. After all this i am super tired, and my stomach don't feel well ( after I got a back trust while holding hand mitt for someone), luckly got ppl take bus with me, at least the chatting had kind of distracted me. Felt terrible and scary after I alight, feel like vomitting and got headache. Called home got my brother and Sister to escort me home. My mother got a fright because of me... So touched... Hehe...
