Had been missing for quite a while...

Update on my work first...

Still doing the same job, buried my papers soon, tons of certifiactes adn old records... Sian... Hope to get MC or leave everyday...Hate working...

TKD!!!

Had been helping out tkd at another club, quite okie lah... The kids are cute and naive, hope to be like them so carefree etc... Did my first plank kicking demo and teakon-aerobics... Love it... Hate myself for only able to break 3 planks with my backthrust when practicing but not during demo... Went to NP for tkd training on monday, Sian... full of injuries ( my in step , shin and even knee), most of them are caused by QY... he can 'jack' my knee... so sad cannot wear skirt le.. well thats all about my most disorganised blog of the day...
